The location was convenient, just two blocks from the Deutsche Oper, making it a breeze to get to the show. The cleanliness of the space was commendable, with a modern bathroom and kitchen area that met all my needs. The lack of daily housekeeping could be a concern; however, the laundry facilities downstairs offered a practical solution for longer visits. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. If you're looking for a well-equipped base in a quiet area, the Art'Appart is solid value for money.
